Pricing: Base Fee: $49/month per business + Per-User Fee: $12/user/month + GST
Billing: Added to your monthly subscription invoice. User count is adjusted monthly.
Responsibility: SBITS: performs daily backup tasks. Client: ensures credentials work + systems are accessible.
OPTION 2 — On-Premise Backup (External Drive / NAS / USB)
For businesses with a local backup device
We configure, monitor, and maintain your on-premise backup system using your own hardware (external drive, NAS, USB, etc.). No daily manual work required.
What's included
- Backup setup & configuration
- Weekly backup verification
- Monitoring for failed jobs
- Troubleshooting if backups fail
- Restore support when needed
Pricing: Flat Fee: $59/month per business + GST
Billing: Added to your monthly subscription invoice.
Responsibility: SBITS: monitors and maintains backup jobs. Client: maintains the physical drive (plugged in, not damaged, not full).
OPTION 3 — Hybrid Backup (Cloud + On-Premise)
For businesses wanting both local and cloud redundancy
A combined backup strategy using both a local device (NAS/drive) and a cloud copy. This gives the highest protection against ransomware, hardware failure, and accidental deletion.

- Cloud backup setup & monitoring
- Weekly verification of both systems
- Restore support from either source
- Alerts for failures on either system
Pricing: Flat Fee: $79/month per business + Per-User Fee: $8/user/month + GST

OPTION 4 — Premium Managed Backup (Full Service)
For businesses needing compliance-level protection
A fully managed backup service with enhanced monitoring, monthly restore testing, and priority recovery support. Ideal for businesses with sensitive data or higher risk tolerance.
