All prices are NZD and exclude GST. On-site support has a one-hour minimum, then is billed in 15-minute increments.
On-site, Kāpiti
$150 for the first hour + GST
After the first hour, $37.50 per 15-minute increment + GST.
On-site, Wellington / Lower Hutt / Upper Hutt / Porirua / Ōtaki
$150 for the first hour + GST + $50 travel fee
After the first hour, $37.50 per 15-minute increment + GST. Travel fee excludes GST.
Travel fee
$50 per call-out + GST
Applies to Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua and Ōtaki visits.
After-hours emergency
$225/hr + GST + travel fee
After-hours emergency rate.
